I get solicitations weekly from other brokers, and I must say I would never consider changing brands. Thanks to our incredible office manager, Jill Jarvis, she has created an environment where all her agents can always thrive and have top shelf support. I was licensed in November of 2012. I chose Coldwell Banker after interviewing other brokerages, much because of the great reputation, many tools available to agents, but mainly because my sister was a realtor in San Antonio, working with the Coldwell Banker De’Ann Harper franchise.

I’ve worked under three different managers at the CB Woodlands office over the last 11+ years. Although I was satisfied with the previous managers, I am absolutely thrilled to have the support I receive from Jill. I have never presented any issue to Jill that she was not able to provide advice or resolve for me. Her knowledge of contracts is extensive, her softer side is comforting when, on occasion I’ve been in personal distress, and her warrior side gives all of us the feeling that we are protected in this unpredictable world of real estate!
